Wapsie Valley is an heirloom, open-pollinated variety grown in Vermont. The kernels are harder, intensely flavored, and more nutritious than hybrids but yield less corn per acre. The corn grinds into a rich orange meal and has an earthy, robust flavor and a super crunchy texture. 

Our 1-pound product is packaged in a bio-degradable, compostable, petroleum-free, cellophane bag. All printing is done with soy ink.
