Milled from soft white winter wheat grown in Vermont with about 11.4% protein. Ideal for unleavened baked goods or recipes requiring baking soda and/or baking powder.

Our 5-pound product is packaged in a PLA lined brown paper bag and is sewn closed. PLA (Polylactic Acid) is a type of liner derived from corn.
