Our Blend is a precise mixture of our yellow and open-pollinated cornmeals, for balanced flavor and just the right amount of chewiness. 

Our 1-pound product is packaged in a bio-degradable, compostable, petroleum-free, cellophane bag. All printing is done with soy ink.
