High Meadow Yellow cornmeal was produced  from certified organic dent hybrid corn. The medium grind produces a pleasant chewiness with a mellow, corny flavor—a good general purpose cornmeal. 

Our 1-pound product is packaged in a bio-degradable, compostable, petroleum-free, cellophane bag. All printing is done with soy ink.
