Our Cornbread Pancake & Muffin Mix is made from a blend of Vermont-grown certified organic heirloom and hybrid corns, which gives this baking mix its robust flavor and grainy texture. One 16-ounce package contains enough mix for one 8-inch pan of cornbread, 4 dozen pancakes, 12 muffins, two sweet cornmeal cakes or two 10-inch buckles. Recipes included on the back of the label.

Our 1-pound product is packaged in a bio-degradable, compostable, petroleum-free, cellophane bag. All printing is done with soy ink.
